WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Lead and manage the firm's tax services as an independent profit center, working closely with the firm's estate planning and financial coaching teams to streamline client's affairs by utilizing the same firm to meet all of these needs.
• Primarily focus on tax return preparation and filing for individual, fiduciary, gift tax, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Assist in the preparation of fiduciary accounting reports, particularly when the firm serves as a trustee of a trust or as a personal representative of an estate.
• Develop and implement systems to ensure efficient collection and reporting of financial data.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hold a valid Arizona CPA license.
• Possess relevant tax experience in public accounting firms.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• Either possess or be willing to obtain the Series 65 exam certification.
• Exhibit character traits such as leadership, integrity, professionalism, and warmth.
• Demonstrate proven financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
