What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement top-tier educational programs in collaboration with the Director of Education, leveraging your real-world legal experience and deep subject matter expertise.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and workshops, both virtually and in person, engaging attorneys at all stages of their careers.
  • Stay on the forefront of legal developments in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, and Tax by conducting research and applying your findings to educational content.
  • Produce and refine high-quality educational materials, including written, visual, and video-based content.
  • Lead and organize a variety of meetings and discussions—ranging from small video conference training sessions to large, in-person summits—with confidence and clarity.
  • Act as a resource to member attorneys, guiding them with both professional insight and a supportive, humble approach.
  • Contribute to internal systems and workflows, helping to strengthen consistency and efficiency across educational offerings.

About You

  • Juris Doctorate and an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Law required. CELA or NAELA certification is a plus.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Estate Planning, with additional depth in Medicaid Planning and Tax.
  • Passionate about education, both as a lifelong learner and as someone committed to sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
  • Systems-oriented thinker who thrives in structured, well-organized environments.
  • Skilled in research and legal analysis, with a track record of producing thoughtful and actionable content.
  • Comfortable leading and coordinating meetings, presentations, and educational discussions with diverse audiences.
  • A confident communicator who can be direct when needed, yet always professional, collaborative, and grounded in humility.
